The 1331st are/were a group of experimental test soldier's designed to do specific task's on the battle field. It was a secret military project designed by the G.A.R. (Grand Army Of The Republic), that as far as most influences of power are concerned, ended due to the amount of stress, psychological, and physical damage the project created to it's subject's. However, rumor's on the battle field report many of these soldier's out on the field, when there should be none.
Bolezn' Jagger Squad
Bolezn' Jagger are the troops who were trained to spread disease and sickness on the battlefield using chemical weapons, and military created diseases, as well as infection's and such. There job was to ensure that enemy troop's were eventually wiped out if things came to a stand still while in the midst of a campaign. However, the G.A.R. ended up shutting the program down due to the fact that this war was against non-living organism's. It's been reported that sightings of these troops have been on multiple CIS world's, such as Geonosis.
Smert Jagger Squad
Smert Jagger are troops who specialize in dealing with death. They were trained to fight every last obstacle in there path, from infantry, to heavy vehicles such as giant Spider droids. They are perhaps one of many soldier types that were created, and shorty after doing so, were quickly shut down. The amount of psychological and physical damage done to them were enough that many either went insane, and attacked everything, or committed suicide. There minds broken, or by loosing all faith and belief in life. That was how Smert Jagger was created. Due to there psychopathic tendencies, it is unconfirmed where the troops are stationed, mainly because they leave no survivor's.
Pepel Jagger Squad
Pepel Jagger were given the task of bringing the fires of hell to the battlefield. They where charged with using experimental flame imbued plasma weapon's against enemy infantry, and were most of all, the MOST physically damaged. There was no way to protect there bodies from the flames. Therefore, researchers ended up using drugs to ensure they would not feel there bodies burning while they used the weapon's. Reports claim that once they take the armor off, there bodies literally melt, and the skin and muscle falls off the bone. Needless to say, due to there weapon type, they are mostly used on worlds that either have lots of un-used territory, or planets that have no heat what so ever. The only way we have reports such as these, are because of the carnage left behind by there destruction.
Tikhiy Jagger Squad
Tikhiy Jagger were soldier's with extraordinary eye sight, and accuracy. They where given the task of eliminating leader's, general's, and individual's of command in the enemy lines. However, do to there disconnection with life itself, they turned into cold creatures who knew nothing of being human, and tended to loose there humanity. Eventually this project was ended and replaced with the Vindicare Assassin's. Reports on the cases where Tikhiy Jagger may be affiliated are unclear, and at best, uncertain. Due to there close similarities with Vindicare Assassin's, it is impossible to decide which had type of soldier had it's hand in the reports and which were on the side lines.

Bog Jagger where soldiers designed to take very specific target's. Jedi, Sith, or any one who used any form of special ability. They where meant to fight individual's that normally, should not be possible to fight. They where able to not only adapt to the force abilities or that of Adepts and Sentinel's. But also, they formed a resistance to it. Not many of these troop's were able to survive the process needed to create them, and even after the initial genetic engineering, not many survived the psychological training of it either. In essence, these kinds of troop's would be deployed in places where there are a large amount of ability sensitive user's around.
