Elcor are the slow moving race of Dekkuna and are known for their slow monotone voices. Elcor communicate mostly through scents and extremely subtle body movements so to how emotion during speech they place an emotive statement before their sentence. Living on a high gravity planet has left the Elcor extremely slow moving and this has colored their phycology making them very ineffective in military situations. Elcor are a very isolated yet polite race keeping mostly to their planets and rarely making space travel.
