Nemodians are greedy and untrustworthy people, they lie, cheat, and steal to gain more power, only to get what they want and will side with whoever they see as benefiting them the most. Right now they are the pawns of the Sith and pay for the droid armies being used against the Republic. It is uncommon to see a warrior Nemodian, and even more uncommon for him to be very good at it.
